Seybourne is a leading developer of industrial and logistical buildings across the UK. Established in 2014, Seybourne evolved out of the Easter Group, a predominant developer of over 100 estates in the UK.

As developers and owners, Seybourne operates across all phases of a project’s lifecycle. We purchase land and estate, designing developments alongside our architectural, engineering and project management partners.

Seybourne operates in joint ventures with investors to fund the development of industrial property across the UK.

CEO, Founder

Peter Taylor

Peter’s early career was with Knight Frank. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

His career has included his own commercial estate agency business, in addition to a senior role in the 1980’s at Sheraton Securities, a leading publicly quoted trader/developer of large commercial, retail and industrial developments in the UK and USA.

In 1990 Peter founded the Easter Group, becoming the leading developer of multi-unit urban industrial/logistics estates throughout the UK.

Peter established Seybourne in 2014.

An extensive portfolio of work across his career has seen Peter working in partnership with three of the leading property figures of the past few decades – Sir Stuart Lipton, Martin Barber and J Paul White – and with leading architects, agents, property advisers and institutions. He has a wealth of experience in delivering successful projects for both occupiers, be they owners or tenants, and investors.

Stephen Corner

Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience in the financial and property markets.

He was previously the Financial Director at Easter Group, Sellar Property Group and St Martins, the UK-Kuwait Government real estate investment organisation, operating from London.

His main responsibilities at Seybourne are for debt management, financial reporting and transaction management. Through a hands-on approach, Stephen operates comfortably on a strategic level, bringing exceptional skills and experience to Seybourne’s commercial activities.
