Bournelodge was founded by Paul Bewers in 2003, after a successful career in agency, as a development management and consultancy business with projects typically involving sites of between 3 - 10 acres in established locations for speculative development and bespoke buildings.

Seybourne is currently engaged in a number of transactions which are typically occupier driven or which offer an opportunity to add value through planning enhancement or break up.

The Seybourne development team is supported by two experienced consultants - Roland Lee is a Director at Hale Architecture and formerly Design Director at The Easter Group and Associate Director at Hamilton Associates architects in London and Barry Kitcherside of Chart Plan was formerly Planning and Technical Services Director at Frogmore Property Company for over 35 years.
